PRODUCTS GUARANTEE & EXCHANGE POLICY

The goods are MOSTLY imported from overseas. I will check all the goods once arrived for any defects to ensure the quality of the product the reputation of my blogshop before posting it at the site or sending it out to you. Therefore, I will not be entertaining any exchanges for the complaint of quality.

However, if it is because of the shoe size, we will exchange them for you provided-

1. The request for change is within 5 days of posting it out.

2. The shoes in your hand are still in brand new condition.

3. The requested size is still available.
4. You will bear the postage charges for both returning to me and for the newly requested pair to be sent back to you even if COD was used earlier.

*please do check the shoe chart before making the purchase to eliminate any unnecessary additional costs or delay in acquiring the goods.
